3. NepCoins and Virtual Currency

NepCoins are a virtual premium currency used exclusively within the NepalMC ecosystem. They have no monetary value outside of NepalMC, cannot be transferred for real‑world money, and are non‑expiring.

Purchases are fulfilled manually by staff once payment is verified. The in‑game Minecraft username you provide is the account that will receive the NepCoins.

4. Prices and Payments

All prices are displayed in Nepalese Rupees (Rs) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. Payment is considered submitted when you upload a valid receipt and click “Submit payment”. The staff will then verify the payment manually.

5. Account and Transaction Responsibility

You are responsible for providing a correct Minecraft username and accurate payment information. Keep your transaction reference ID for support purposes.

6. Availability and Maintenance

The Website and the Minecraft server may experience downtime for maintenance or technical issues. NepalMC will make reasonable efforts to maintain availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

7. Intellectual Property

All original content, branding, and design on this Website are the property of NepalMC. Minecraft, Mojang, and Microsoft trademarks are owned by their respective owners.

8. Suspension and Termination

NepalMC may suspend or terminate access to the Website or withdraw NepCoins in cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

9. Disclaimers and Liability

The Website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. NepalMC is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of the Website, except where required by applicable law.

10. Governing Law and Disputes
